Beyond impressed with the quality service and professionalism of this company! We needed to have our septic tank pumped, and they were able to come get it done in no time at all! Scheduling was a breeze with a very nice receptionist, and we even received a courtesy call to let us know when they were on the way. All around a very friendly company, and they even gave my daughter an adorable picture book about pumping septic tanks when they noticed her watching from the window! It made her day! We will definitely be using this company again for any future septic needs.

Lakeside responded same day to a septic pump alarm, found the problem (bad pump), went to get a new one, and fixed it that night. Tech stayed around to make sure the alarm went off. All the day before the 4th of July. Very professional, great service.
